Custom printed D-shaped ring binders, as compared to R-shaped ring binders, accommodate more material.  Where using round rings, big quantities of pages filed camber, whereas the side of all pages filed in D-shaped rings is straight. If you are thinking of filing big quantities of pages, we suggest choosing D-shaped rings.

Materials
Custom printed D-shaped ring binders are manufactured from 2 or 2,4 mm bookish cardboard. They are encrusted with 150 gsm matt individually printed coated paper.

Print
We use offset printing both for the outside and the inside of binder. Silkscreen printing can be used as well.

Ring mechanism
These rings are in D shape, mechanism is available with 2 or 4 rings. Maximum material capacity is 65 mm.

Extra accessories
Pins, metal corners, magnets, spine ring, rubber bands, pen holders, various transparent pockets will make your ring binder more functional.

Post-print finishing
Matt, gloss, non-scratch, or linen texture laminating film will protect your ring binder against the environmental impact, mechanical damage, wear and tear, whereas partial UV coating, hot foiling, or embossing will brighten up your folder.

Time of delivery
Tailor-made custom printed ring binders with print are manufactured and delivered within 2-3 weeks; in special cases the time of delivery may be extended.
